Allow location on computer

If you punch from a laptop with GPS, allow location in the browser.

    Click the lock icon

    In Chrome or Edge, click the lock icon left of the website address.

    Set Location to Allow

    Find Location and change it from Block to Allow.

  3. 3

    Reload the page

    Refresh the page and try Punch In/Out again.

  4. 4

    Windows location

    On Windows: Settings → Privacy & security → Location → Location services ON.

Helpful tips

  • Most employees punch from mobile; desktop GPS may be unavailable.
  • If blocked before, reset site permissions and try again.
